1. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern purchases from Business Mind, operated by BUSINESS MIND LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 06096064, with registered office at Unit 9c Barking Business Centre, Thames Road, Barking, Essex, England, IG11 0JP.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms, the applicable product description and our Licence Agreement.
2. Our products
We sell original downloadable digital products, including Canva-compatible templates, business documents, presentation templates, planners, marketing materials and creator resources. Products are digital only. No physical product is shipped.
3. Product information and pricing
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) unless stated otherwise. We take reasonable care to describe each product accurately, including its format, software requirements, quantity and licence. Colours and layouts may display differently across devices.
4. Orders and payment
An order is accepted when payment is successfully processed and access is provided. Payments will be processed by Paddle or another clearly identified merchant-of-record provider. We may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or a technical inability to supply the product.
5. Digital delivery
Access is normally provided after successful payment and may consist of a downloadable PDF containing a private template link and instructions. You are responsible for providing a correct email address and checking spam or junk folders.
6. Customer responsibilities
Before purchasing, you must review the product description, software requirements and licence. You are responsible for using an accurate email address, keeping access links private, maintaining reasonable backups and ensuring that your intended use is permitted.
7. Intellectual property, licence and prohibited use
All original template files, instructions, branding and website content remain protected by intellectual-property law. Your purchase grants a limited licence described in our Licence Agreement; it does not transfer ownership. Resale, redistribution, sublicensing, public sharing and creation of competing template products from our source files are prohibited.
8. Refunds and faulty content
Digital products are generally not refundable after access or download, but this does not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded. Please contact us if a product is inaccessible, defective, materially different from its description, charged twice or purchased without authorisation.
9. Availability and changes
We may correct descriptions, update compatible formats or withdraw products before an order is accepted. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website or third-party platform availability, but we will provide reasonable support where a temporary problem prevents access to a valid purchase.
10. Liability
Our products are general creative and organisational resources and do not constitute legal, financial or professional advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Governing law and contact
