Our approach to digital-product refunds
Digital products cannot be physically returned. Refunds are therefore generally unavailable once a product has been accessed or downloaded. This policy is applied fairly and does not remove any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Please contact us when
- You cannot access the product after following the delivery instructions
- The delivered file is defective or cannot be opened in the stated software
- The product is materially different from its description
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase
- You believe the purchase was unauthorised
How to request help or a refund
Email support@businessmind.store with your name, order number, purchase email, product name and a brief explanation. Screenshots can help us diagnose access or file problems. We normally respond within two business days.
Assessment and outcome
We may first offer replacement access, a corrected file or practical support. Where a refund is appropriate, it will normally be returned through the original payment method by the checkout provider. Processing times depend on that provider and your financial institution.
Change-of-mind requests
Where you expressly request immediate digital supply and acknowledge loss of a statutory cancellation right after access begins, a change-of-mind refund may not be available. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
