1. Licence grant
A completed purchase grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to customise the purchased resource and use finished designs for their own personal or business purposes.
2. Permitted use
- Customise text, colours, images and layouts for your own brand or projects
- Use exported, finished designs in your own marketing, presentations, documents and social content
- Use finished designs for one business or personal brand controlled by the purchaser
- Make reasonable backup copies for your own use
3. Prohibited use
- Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense or give away original editable files
- Provide template links or editable access to clients, colleagues, groups or third parties
- Claim the original template design as your own intellectual property
- Use the files to create a competing template, asset bundle or stock resource
- Register any included design element as a trademark without confirming separate rights
4. Client work
Unless a product page grants an extended licence, you may use an exported finished design for a client project but may not transfer the original editable template or template link to the client. A separate purchase is required for each person or business needing editable access.
5. Third-party assets
Templates may be compatible with third-party platforms or contain placeholders for fonts, photography or other assets. You are responsible for complying with any separate third-party licence and software terms. Business Mind is not affiliated with or endorsed by Canva.
6. Ownership and termination
The original templates and supporting materials remain owned by BUSINESS MIND LTD or the identified rights holder. The licence ends automatically if these terms are materially breached; prohibited copies and shared access must then be deleted.
