Products and software
Are your products physical or digital?+
All Business Mind products are digital. No physical item will be packaged or shipped.
Do I need Canva Pro?+
Most Canva-compatible products work with a free Canva account. Every product page states the exact requirement before purchase.
Can I customise the templates?+
Yes. Editable products are designed so you can change text, colours, images and other stated elements in the compatible software.
Which devices can I use?+
You can open access instructions on a current phone, tablet or computer. Editing is usually easiest on a desktop browser, and device compatibility also depends on Canva or the software named on the product page.
Delivery and support
How will I receive my purchase?+
After Paddle confirms successful payment, we email an order confirmation and access instructions. Delivery may include a PDF containing a private template or download link.
What should I do if I cannot access my purchase?+
Check the email used at checkout and your spam or junk folder. If access still has not arrived, contact support@businessmind.store with your Paddle order reference.
How quickly does customer support respond?+
Within two business days. Including your order reference and a screenshot can help us assist you faster.
Can I request a refund?+
Because digital products cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally non-refundable after access. We fairly review inaccessible or defective files, material description differences, duplicate charges, unauthorised purchases and rights required by law.
Licence and platform
Can I use the templates for my business?+
Yes. You may customise the templates and use exported finished designs for your own personal or business purposes, subject to the Licence Agreement.
Can I resell the templates?+
No. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense or create competing template products from the original editable files.
Can I share the files with another person?+
No. Editable template links and source files are licensed to the purchaser and must not be shared. Another person or business needing editable access should purchase its own licence.
Are you affiliated with Canva?+
No. Business Mind and BUSINESS MIND LTD are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Canva. Canva is a trademark of Canva Pty Ltd.
