All products sold by Business Mind are digital. No physical products are packaged or shipped, and no postage or delivery address is required unless a checkout provider needs it for tax or verification purposes.
When access is provided
Access is normally provided shortly after successful payment. Delivery may include a downloadable PDF containing a private template access link, file links and usage instructions.
Where to look
- Check the email address used during checkout
- Review your inbox, spam, junk and promotions folders
- Confirm that payment completed successfully
- Open supplied PDF instructions using a current PDF reader
If access does not arrive
Contact support@businessmind.store with your name, order number and purchase email. Support requests are normally answered within two business days. Please do not place a duplicate order while waiting for help.
Customer responsibility
You are responsible for checking the stated software requirements before purchase and for keeping personal backup copies of permitted downloads. Access links must not be shared or redistributed.
